Living Proof of What's Possible at Any Age.
My search for health began when I was six years old.
For most of my life, my body felt like the one thing standing between me and the life I wanted to live.
I struggled with food, weight, body image, and what it actually meant to be healthy. I spent four decades searching for answers. I studied. I read. I earned certifications. I became a personal trainer, performance enhancement specialist, corrective exercise specialist, certified nutritionist, master trainer, and coach.
I accumulated an extraordinary amount of knowledge.
And I still couldn't figure out how to make health sustainable.
I knew how to work harder. Eat less. Train more. Push farther. I knew how to achieve a goal, no matter what it demanded of me.
At 47, I became the 20th woman in history to complete KOKORO, the Navy SEAL-inspired 50-hour crucible designed to test the limits of physical endurance, mental toughness, and emotional resilience.
I did it.
And I destroyed myself in the process.
I was sick. I was injured. I was in pain. I had become exceptionally good at demanding more from my body, but remarkably poor at taking care of her.
I had trained my body not to trust me and my psyche to fear me.
And there I was again. In my late 40s, navigating menopause, the end of a 26-year marriage, and weighing more than 200 pounds.
After four decades of trying everything, I was right back where I started.
Only this time, I knew something had to change.
I didn't want another diet. Another challenge. Another temporary transformation.
I wanted to build a body — and a life — that could carry me powerfully through the next 50 years.
So I did something I had never truly done before.
I stopped fighting my body and started taking care of her.
I stopped asking, "How much can I make her do?"
And started asking, "What does she need from me?"
That question changed everything.
Proven Programming to Transform Your Life.
For the first time in my life, more wasn't the answer. Less was.
After decades of pushing harder, I gave myself permission to stop.
I stopped extreme exercise.
I walked.
I prioritized sleep.
I learned to manage stress instead of creating more of it.
I made space for meaningful relationships, spiritual connection, and time in nature.
I stopped restricting my body and started fueling her with the nourishment and energy she needed.
For months, I asked almost nothing of my body.
We walked. We ate. We rested. We recovered.
We rebuilt trust.
Eventually, I introduced just 15 minutes of strength training a day.
That was it.
No punishing workouts. No extreme restrictions. No complicated routines. No desperate race toward another finish line.
And no dramatic 30-day transformation.
Something far more important was happening.
I was finally becoming healthy.
Over the next two years, remarkably simple practices produced what four decades of extreme effort never had.
A transformation I could actually sustain.
At 52, I found myself in the strongest, healthiest, most physically capable, and most balanced body of my life.
And the greatest irony?
The body that once felt like my greatest limitation had become my superpower.
Today, I can ask extraordinary things of my body.
But perhaps the most important lesson I've learned is that just because I can doesn't mean I should.
I no longer measure health by how much I can endure.
I measure it by how fully I can live.
My body is no longer something I battle into submission.
She is the vehicle that gives me access to the life I love.
And the extraordinary physical transformation you see?
That's simply the evidence.
A result I could actually sustain, in the healthiest, strongest, most balanced body of my life. At 52.
I don't teach what I know. I teach what I live.
Blueprints to Create the Life of Your Dreams in the Body You Love.
Today, people stop me and ask questions.
"What did you do?"
"How did you transform your body?"
"Can I do that too?"
"Do you coach?"
For a long time, my answer was no.
Because I wasn't interested in teaching another temporary transformation.
I had spent too many years experiencing those myself.
I needed to know that what I had built would last. That the practices worked in real life, through real challenges, and could be sustained without making health another full-time job.
I needed to live it before I could teach it.
Today, after four decades of searching, experimenting, learning, failing, and rebuilding, I understand something that once seemed impossible.
The fundamentals of health are remarkably simple.
Sleep. Stress Management. Social Connection. Nature & the Divine. Fuel. Movement.
Six foundations.
Not another complicated system. Not an endless collection of rules. Not a program that requires you to organize your entire life around fitness.
Foundational practices that can be adapted to your body, your circumstances, your resources, and the life you want to live.
The transformation comes from practicing them consistently, not perfectly.
Small actions. Repeated daily. Building on one another.
Days become weeks. Weeks become months. Months become years.
And eventually, you look back and realize just how much has changed.
I know.
Because I still look in the mirror and sometimes barely recognize the woman smiling back at me.
And I love her.
But here's what matters most.
I'm not asking you to become me.
My body isn't the standard. My life isn't your destination.
My transformation is simply proof of what can be possible.
The foundations are universal. The blueprint is individual.

Support, Guidance & Coaching through the GY6 Wellness Community.
Knowing what to do and consistently doing it are two very different things.
That may be the most important lesson of all.
Life doesn't stop so we can focus on our health.
Careers. Families. Relationships. Hormones. Stress. Travel. Loss. Change.
There will always be something competing for our time, energy, and attention.
And even the simplest practices can become difficult to sustain when we're trying to do everything alone.
That's why my journey was never supposed to end with another program.
It needed to become a community.
GY6 stands for Got Your 6.
It's a military expression meaning "I've got your back."
And it's the promise behind everything we're building.
A place where you have access to proven blueprints, practical resources, coaching, accountability, and people who are committed to doing the work alongside you.
A place where extraordinary health isn't reserved for people with extraordinary time, money, genetics, or circumstances.
A place where the fundamentals are simple, the expectations are realistic, and the support is genuine.
You still have to do the work. But you don't have to do it alone.
The work is simple. Simple doesn't mean easy.
I spent four decades searching for answers, challenging my limits, making mistakes, rebuilding, and ultimately discovering a way of living that transformed far more than my body.
For most of my life, I wanted to hide.
Today, I allow myself to be seen.
Not because everyone should want to look like me.
But because sometimes we need to see what's possible before we can believe it's possible for ourselves.
My body gets your attention. My story shows you what's possible. My blueprint gives you a path. And our community helps you live it.
I tested it.
I proved it.
Now you build it.
And together, we live it.
